KNITTING :
We are highly capable of knitting fabrics with the efficient knitting unit with a volume capacity. The high tech machineries of make from Mayer & cie with lycra attachments are used for circular knitting and Matsuya machines from Japan are used for collar knitting, to produce export quality products. c
DYEING & PROCESSING :
We are operating with imported ultra modern fully automatic soft flow machines, for dyeing. The fabrics are processed with Multiflow fully Automatic dyeing machine with volume production capacity. Electronic colour measurement and dyeing ensures even colouring. Squeezers ( Balloon padding) are used instead of the conventional hydro drier, so the fabric is not strained while removing the moisture. The fabric is then processed through relax drier, making sure that the fabric is soft handled and made even softer by the end of this process.
Various types of washing facilities are used to remove hairiness and make the fabrics feel soft, neat and spotless. Washes like Bio Wash, Enzyme wash, Silicon wash, Vintage wash, Stonewash, Cold pigment wash, Silicon crinkle effect and destroyed wash are used. To dry the washed fabrics, we use tubular drying and natural drying facilities.
PRINTING :
We are refined with wide range of printing technologies such as chest prints, rotary prints (done using stormac 12 colour matching) , discharge / reactive prints, spray print, glitter print, Plastisol prints, foil prints, high density prints, gel prints, fancy prints like flock, embossing and many more printing techniques are used in making unique products. Water based printing, pigment printing and Non-PVC printing are also done. We are operating with Automatic chest printing machines ( MHM) which prints a capacity of 10,000 pcs / day and the semi automatic printing machine which prints to a capacity of 8000 pcs / day with experienced instructors to take proper care of the printing division.
EMBROIDERY :
Operated with up-to-the-minute computerized Embroidery machines from Tajima 9 colour 20 head with a capacity of 12,000 pcs / day, we offer very intricate embroideries as desired by the customers. We use completely automatic embroidery machines to achieve high level of bulk accuracy. We also have the facility to provide hand embroideries for the complicated patterns.
SAMPLING :
Sampling – the important process stays strong among our core strengths. In the first phase, the design idea is developed and an analysis is done by the sampling and development teams. Sets of design samples are created and then co-ordinated with clients to plan and develop them. Keeping up with the emerging fashion trends, apt colours and textures are used.
The second phase includes the functions of sourcing and ordering component, testing and carrying out trials. Once the finalized sample specifications have been drawn up, with our efficient sampling team and modern machineries the quality of the sample is made perfect.
GARMENTING :
Strong in-house production line with highly qualitative, state-of-the art machineries from Juki, Siruba, Brother, to create contemporary style garments, our garmenting division is equipped with latest machinery and other ancillary equipments. This division is scientifically laid out with ample lighting, space and the necessary amenities for the convenience of the workforce
FINISHING:
The finishing unit is spread across independent checking, ironing, packing and shipping facilities, making sure that our products benefit from the best of processes.
CHECKING :
A judicious balance between well-trained professionals and modern systems, our checking facility uses sampling techniques that are in line with accepted standards in the industry.
IRONING :
Automated ironing lines work in tandem to ensure smooth ironing of all products. This line also serves as a final quality checkpoint before the products are packed.
PACKING :
Customized packing for specific clients and standard packing methods are both used to ensure safe transit of the products. Packing measures conform to international norms and are periodically updated and monitored by a QA team.
